Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please make sure you are able to attend the course before booking, as course places are limited.
Course bookings are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable consumer law, or where the course is cancelled by Flamenco Academy.
If you are unable to attend an individual class, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or reductions to the course fee for missed sessions.
Transferring Your Place
If you can no longer attend the course, you may request to transfer your place to another person. Please contact Flamenco Academy as soon as possible and before the course begins.
Any transfer must be agreed with Flamenco Academy in advance, and the replacement participant must meet any course requirements. Please note that places cannot be transferred without prior approval from Flamenco Academy.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you are unable to attend the course due to exceptional circumstances, please contact Flamenco Academy as soon as possible.
We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis, although we cannot guarantee that a refund, transfer or alternative arrangement will be available.
Course Changes or Cancellation
If Flamenco Academy needs to cancel the course or make a significant change to the course, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement, where applicable.
